What are your hours of operation?

Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 6:00 AM- 3:00 PM

Sunday: Closed

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

Yes. All services require a scheduled appointment prior to the service. Please call Andrew Jones at (817) 454-1371 to schedule your next appointment.

How far in advance should I schedule my appointment?

Depending on availability, the type and size of job you are requesting will determine how much notice we will need. All jobs are first come, first serve.

How much do you charge?

Just- a- Jones LLC is a service contractor that is paid by the hour. Please call (817) 454-1371 for more information.

Do you accept credit cards?

At this time, we accept checks, cash and Venmo.

I live 25 miles from Aledo, TX. Can you come to my home?

We sure can! We honor a 50 mile radius from Aledo, TX.

What is the cancellation policy?

We aim to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs when it is most convenient for you.

What if there is bad weather on the day of my appointment?

Don't worry. As we all know, the weather in Texas is unpredictable. If the scheduled job is outdoors and cannot be performed due to bad weather per Andrew's discretion, Andrew will work with you to reschedule the appointment at a later date deemed most appropriate for your schedule, needs, and weather forecast.

Do you supply all of your own tools?

Andrew and his crew(s) provide all tools and equipment necessary to complete the task.
